The weather is ideal & now is the time to visit Branson, MO!  You can find me at Silver Dollar City playing 5 characters a day, also on Tuesday, Thursday, & Sunday nights at 7:30 you can see me with the talented CJ Newsom in ‘Classic Country’s Patsy Cline & Friends’ show at the Americana Theatre here in Branson, MO!  

Now is the time to visit Branson, so much is going on.

Silver Dollar City had their Gospel Picnic.  I made an appearance in their Echo Hollow theater Fri., Sept. 1st & Sat. Sept. 2nd night as ‘Barney Fife’ for the MDA ‘Pass the Boot’ it was a standing room only crowd for there Booth Brothers & EVERYONE dug deep & donated to this worthy cause!  We raised over $16,000.00!

I’m the comedian in ‘Classic Country’s Patsy Cline & Friends’ show is every Tues., Thurs., & Sun. night at the Americana Theatre at 7:30.  Sun., Sept. 3rd we donated the net profits to help our neighbors in TX ~ thank you to all who attended our show.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Where else am I?

Sun., Sept. 3rd, I was off from Silver Dollar City so I did my lawn mowing service at 3 locations, I made an appearance at Treasure Lake Resort at 2 PM, I hosted a Labor Day celebration at Big Cedar Lodge at 5 PM, & then did the Patsy Cline & Friends show at 7:30 ~ life is good!

Big Cedar Lodge!

Yes, this is my 12th season to perform at Big Cedar Lodge.  Every Saturday in Sept. & Oct. I host a campfire with s’mores & tell stories about the area, ghosts at Big Cedar & Johnny Morris!  

Gma Beulah Gospel Co-host!

Sat., Sept. 16th after 8 & 1/2 hours at Silver Dollar City playing 5 characters, then changing into Barney Fife & going to Big Cedar Lodge for my campfire with s’mores, & storytelling, I ran back to Branson & changed costumes again & I played ‘Gma Beulah’ co-hosting with Sherrie Brewster the ‘Branson Gospel Singers & Songwriters Association Awards Show’ here in Branson!  A great time was had by all!

The Shepherd of the Hills play that I & our 2 sons performed in for 15 seasons has NEW owners & has RE~OPENED for the 2017 season on Friday, July 21st.  Since they had be foreclosed this spring I have been booking myself everywhere! So I will NOT be int he play for 2017, but look forward to being in it in 2018!   I was just in Joplin, MO, July 3rd I was in Grove, OK., & then July 8th I was in Clinton, MO. & July 13th I was in West Plains, MO!  You never know where I’ll show up!  Go to my ‘Special Appearances‘ page for ALL the scoop!  You can book me for YOUR special event!

Yes, jump into June!  This season is is zipping right along & Branson is booming too!  This is my 38th season to be a performer here in Branson & I love it.  You can find me all over the place, of course this is my 38th season to work at Silver Dollar City as 1 of the Image Characters ~ I play 4 characters a day over the entire 66 acre park 5 days a week!

 

 

 

 

3 nights a week you can find me at the Americana Theatre with CJ Newsom in Classic Country’s Patsy Cline & Friends Show.  CJ is amazing not only singing Patsy’s hits, but she’ll do some Reba, Dolly, etc…  Our show is at 7:30 PM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Sundays!

Rumor Control…

As many of you know or may not know…  The Shepherd of the Hills Homestead was foreclosed by the bank last month.  A new investor has come to the bank & wants to re-open the entire property!  This means they want it ALL to resume business. When will this happen?  Only time will tell & we pray they will take the opportunity to make it better than ever for generations to come!  Stay tuned & I will let you know the FULL story right here at Homerlee.com!

For the 2nd year in a row I’ve been the comedian in this wonderful tribute to Patsy Cline as well as other country legends.  CJ Newson is the headliner along with the ‘Re-Cliners’ band & they are the best live band in town!  Our show is Tuesday, Thursday, & Sunday nights at 7:30 PM with my comedy pre-show at 7:15.  We’re located in the Americana Theatre on Hwy 76 across from the Presleys!
