Happy Holidays

Happy Holidays from me, Terry ‘Homer Lee’ Sanders & my little family! “Change is constant!” And let me tell you this… “Things are changing a lot!”
Christmas is in the air & Branson is decked out better than ever! We have over 4 million lights at Silver Dollar City (That’s 350 actual miles of them)! What a way to end the 2008 season/my 29th my year here in Branson, MO than at Silver Dollar City!
I was thrilled/honored to be the newest member of the ‘Image Character’ program at Silver Dollar City for 2008! They allowed me to play multiple roles, 5 to be exact, all over the 1800’s park everyday! Characters like the ‘W.P. Warburton’ the prison warden, ‘Doc Harris’ a crazy inventor who created the Wild-Fire roller-coaster, ‘Mr. M. Balmer’ the undertaker, ‘Ada Mae’ the world’s ugliest woman, & ‘Ickibod “Icky” the Scarecrow’.
Now during the Christmas festival you can find me at Grandfather’s Mansion as either ‘Doc Harris’ or ‘Grandma’!
If you have been to Branson before you have probably seen my hour-long TV show called ‘Branson Country’ on the Vacation Channel! This was my 11th year playing ‘Terry the Tour Guide’. Both of my sons have worked with me in this show. They played ‘Terry the Tour Guide’ trainees & did a wonderful job! As a matter of fact they are in the outtakes of my 25th Anniversary DVD.
