Happy Valentine’s Day!
02.14.10
Ah, love is in the air… & so is a cold freezing wind! Happy Valentine’s Day! We are halfway through the month of February & before you know it, Branson will open for an amazing season! Silver Dollar City will open-up March 18th! It will be my 31st season as they celebrate their 50th anniversary!
There will be a big announcement at The Shepherd of the Hills farm this coming Wednesday, February 17th. I’m thrilled to work there 7 nights a week in The Shepherd of the Hills play. It’s my 3rd season there & our oldest son’s 10th season! Of course my wife Dede & our other son work there also so come on down & see us! The play will begin the first of May.
We should be taping my hour-long TV show for The Vacation Channel in April. It’s my 13th year to have my TV show called ‘Branson Country’ with me as ‘Terry the Tour Guide’.
I’m working on some special events all season long at Big Cedar this year. I’ll have more details about that soon right here at Homerlee.com! It is truly one of the most beautiful resorts that we have in the area & this year they are offering even more tremendous things to experience.
I have many up-coming personal appearances that are listed on the ‘Personal Appearances’ page & many more to be added as the contracts are finalized.
I’m still on cloud nine from seeing Joan Rivers in concert at the Juanita K. Hammons Hall where she did her stand-up comedy! Not only did we see he hysterical show, but we were asked to come backstage after the show & visit too! Joan signed a photo of she & I together that was taken 1 year ago when we met in MN.!
Thanks for dropping-in & don’t be a stranger come back often & make it a point so say, “Howdy” to me at any of my jobs! If you’d like for me to perform for a special event let me know that too. Now is the time to book me. Take care, stay warm, & remember to laugh at the non-sense of the world & even at yourself. Always, your friend, Terry ‘Homer Lee’ Sanders
