It’s me Terry ‘Homer Lee’s Sanders welcoming you to Branson & my comedy marathon!  I now have the title of “The Face of Branson” with my 8 jobs & personal appearances everywhere.  You can even hear my voice every day at White Water because I have done the voice-over for many of the cue lines as you ride those exciting water rides!

Tuesday, August 20th I was in rehearsals for the 2013 Breakfast With Santa show that I am writing, producing, & directing.  This all new show will feature Greg, Winters, Mandi Crawford, Dana Embree, myself, & new to us is Bucky Heard, he plays ‘Jake’ of the Blues Brothers in ‘Legends In Concert!’  He’s phenomenal!  Bucky will be Santa’s #1 elf who’s TOO helpful! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wednesday, August 21st was in Springfield, MO 10-5 at the Springfield Brewing Co. as ‘Barney Fife’ for MDA’s ‘Lock-Up’! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thursday, August 22nd, I  performed a private party for Big Cedar’s ‘Ozark Olympics’ as ‘Deputy Birdy Tweedle’

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wednesday, August 28th I taped a new follow-up of my commercial for ‘Classic Creations By Nan’ as ‘Joan Rivers’.  Nan has her new fall clothing collection so please drop by & see what she has for 2013! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is my 34th season to play 4-5 characters a DAY at Silver Dollar City! This coming Friday, August 23rd SDC will start their Southern Gospel Picnic & will run through September 2nd.

 

 

 

 

 

Of course, this season they have a new attraction, ‘Outlaw Run’!

 

The ONLY wooden roller-coaster that goes up-side down & the 2nd fastest wooden roller-coaster in the world that goes 68 miles per hour! Yes, I will ride it with you!

August 26th I had my ‘Homer Lee & Friends Reunion Show!  It was SOLD-OUT about 2 weeks beforehand.  We turned away over 200 people at the Hamner-Barber Theatre.  The TRIPLE DVD is available NOW!

Happy 4th, 5th, 6th… of July!

 

Happy 4th, 5th, 6th,… of July!  It’s me, Terry ‘Homer Lee’ Sanders in the midst of my 34th year comedy marathon here in Branson, MO! I have NEVER been busier & never happier about it. I have 8 jobs this season & I’m getting booked on the side, in-between, around, & on top of all of those jobs!

 

I was at Silver Dollar City on Monday July 29th (One of my regular days off) so I could be OFF on Wednesday so I could help out the MDA as ‘Barney Fife’.  I was at Rocky’s Italian Restaurant in historic downtown Branson, MO.  “Thank you!” for helping us raise money for MDA’s ‘Lock-Up’!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On July 19th our friend & fellow comedian, Joey Riley left this world to never suffer again from the cancer that took his life.  He brought joy to all those he ever encountered & will truly be missed.  Mickey Gillie & Clay Cooper truly honored this funny man on Monday July 22nd at the Clay Cooper Theatre – once again & for the last time, Joey Riley packed-out the house with several standing ovations!  Till we see you again Joey!

 

 

 

 

Sunday, July 7th, I was in Mansfield, MO appearing at the Baker Creek Seed Company as ‘Homer Lee’ & ‘Grandpa Tabuchi’, Shoji’s grandfather!  I was there from 10 AM-4 PM & back to Branson in time for my nightly appearance in the Shepherd of the Hills play.  I’m in the play 7 nights a week where I play ‘Ollie’ 6 nights a week & ‘Doc’ 1 night a week!  My youngest son, Evan, plays ‘Ollie’ on the 1 night I play ‘Doc’!

It’s June!  This month I’ll be busier than ever before with my 8 jobs in my comedy marathon.

Monday (June 24th) I WAS at Silver Dollar City (1 of my usual days off) so I can be OFF on the following Thursday to work for the Muscular Dystrophy ‘Lock-up’ as ‘Barney Fife’ in West Plains, MO on the 27th at Skillet’s Family Restaurant 9 AM – 4 PM.  June 20th I was ‘Barney’ in Joplin, MO. for the MDA & had a blast!  I think they may have exceeded their donation goal!  It was the BEST time & what amazing people in Joplin both the ‘Lock-up’ & the MDA crew!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thursday, June 27th after I leave West Plains as ‘Barney Fife’ for the MDA, I will drive to Springfield & host the Ozarks Literacy Council’s Trivia Night’ as ‘Joan Rivers!  I can’t wait!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Friday June 14th Between Silver Dollar City & Shepherd of the Hills I made a surprise visit for a family reunion as ‘Ada Mae’ looking for her next husband/long lost cousin!  You can have me at you next gathering too!

August 26th I had my ‘Homer Lee & Friends Reunion Show!  It was SOLD-OUT about 2 weeks beforehand.  We turned away over 200 people at the Hamner-Barber Theatre.  The TRIPLE DVD is available NOW!

I knew every single person in the audience!  It was such a thrill to give back to those who have given so much to us.   Plus to work with people whom I’ve know for many years.    An all-star cast with Bob Leftridge of the Baldknobbers as the ‘voice’ of the show, Berry Wynne & South Wynne, cast members of ‘The Toby Show’ with Jae McFerron, Ray Jones, Rick Medlin, & Greg Becker, The Braschler Quartet, 4 female singers from the Braschler Music Show (Merissa Braschler, Susie Sims, Raphael Thompson, Dee Schrock-Dolloff, Barbara Fairchild, Clay Cooper, Tony Roi, Doug Gabriel, many more & lot of surprises – you will be amazed!  Also some guest appearance by Shoji Tabuchi, Dino Kartsonakis, & the REAL J0an Rivers!  You can order right here!

April Fool’s Day! Wow, my own holiday!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Well spring has sprung & it’s AMAZING April here in the Ozarks!  

My comedy marathon has begun & you can find me just about everywhere!  Silver Dollar City, The Vacation Channel, Big Cedar Lodge, ‘Kelly’s Kountry Junction’ & we are in rehearsals for Shepherd of the Hills play which opens May 1st!  I am making plenty of personal appearances too.

 

 

 

 

 

This is my 34th season to play 4-5 characters a DAY at Silver Dollar City!

 

Of course, this season they have a new attraction, ‘Outlaw Run’!

2. The Vacation Channel for my TV show ‘Branson Country’ for my 16th season!

I play ‘Terry the Tour Guide’ as well as 7 other characters in this 1-hour TV show called ‘Branson Country’. This show is shown several times a day so tune in.

 

3. Shepherd of the Hills Play for my 12th season!

Reprising my roles as ‘Ollie Stewart’ the city slicker & ‘Doc Caughlin’ – well, “What would Sarah & the girls say!” The play opens May 1st this year! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Bass Pro for my 6th season!

I have been so blessed to write, produce, & perform in Bass Pro’s Christmas celebration for 6 years now!  So keep your eyes open & checkout my personal appearances page later in the season.
